At Fisher Barton, we offer 3 and 4-axis CNC machining services for OEM parts with live tooling. Our workforce excels at milling, turning, drilling, boring, threading, tapping, knurling, gear hobbing, broaching, countersinking, parting/cutting, and facing machining processes. Fisher Barton is well-equipped with mills, welders, multi-spindle, three-jaw and four-jaw chucks, engine, turret, large swing, and CNC lathe machines. Our top-of-the-line equipment supports parts that are 10 mm to 5 ft. long, 1 to 2 in. thick and up to 3 ft. wide.
As a full-service manufacturing facility, Fisher Barton works with many materials such as alloy steels, brass, bronze alloys, carbide, carbon steel and iron. Our equipment capabilities include CNC control, bar feed, CAD design, CAM programming and reverse engineering. To ensure product quality, Fisher Barton performs CMM, infrared, inline, laser, magnetic particle, on-stream, part sorting, penetrant, PMI, robotic, ultrasonic, visual and third party inspection. Secondary services such as assembly, bending, pressing, welding, plating, passivating, heat treating, centerless grinding, etch and chromating are offered.
